By participating in this game, you are deemed to have agreed to and accepted these Terms and Conditions, the Facebook Terms of Use, and the laws of Hong Kong. Please read these terms carefully before participating in the game.
Participants must have a valid social platform account to participate in this game. According to the instructions in the game post, use your Facebook account or Instagram account, "like" the "Stay Okay HK" Facebook page, or follow the "Stay Okay HK" Instagram page to participate in this game.
Participants' social platform account names must not contain any indecent or insulting words, otherwise participants will be disqualified from winning prizes even if they win after participating in this game.
Participants must complete each step of the game according to the instructions in the relevant post in order to be eligible to participate in this event. If the wrong hashtag is used, it will be considered invalid. If the wrong hashtag is used and the participant cannot be found, #StayOkayHK will not be held responsible.
Uploads of photos or videos must be in line with the specified theme. #StayOkayHK reserves the right of final decision on the eligibility of the winners.
The photos or videos uploaded by the participants must be original works of art taken by the participants and must ensure that they own the intellectual property rights of the contents of the works and that they do not infringe or violate the rights of others, including their intellectual property rights (such as copyrights or trademarks).
Winners will be selected by #StayOkayHK according to the rules of the game listed in the relevant post. #StayOkayHK reserves the right to make the final decision on this event and the judging of the winners.
The activity is only for persons aged 18 and over. Each social platform account is limited to one entry. and Instagram account) has only one chance to win and can only redeem one prize.
If a participant is found to have used an empty or fake account, a plug-in or other unofficial means to participate in the Campaign, or to have used any program to disrupt or manipulate the Campaign, #StayOkayHK will disqualify the participant from participating and winning prizes without further notice.
All dates and times related to the game, the date of announcement of the winners, the prizes and the number of winners are subject to the announcement of #StayOkayHK on the relevant post. #StayOkayHK reserves the right of final decision.
#StayOkayHK will notify the winners by email within the specified date as stated in the post, and the e-voucher will also be sent to the email address provided by the participant by email in the winners' notification email.
Under item 11 above, participants must make sure that the information submitted is accurate. If the email address of the winner is incorrect for any reason, or if the personal information provided by the winner is incomplete, unclear or omitted, and the winner is unable to receive the prize, the winner will be deemed to have voluntarily forfeited his/her eligibility and the prize will not be reissued or compensated. #StayOkayHK shall not be liable for any loss and will not re-issue or compensate the prize to the winner.
#StayOkayHK reserves the right to issue other prizes of equal value. All prizes are not redeemable for cash or other offers, are non-returnable and are subject to restrictions attached to the e-voucher or other terms and conditions. Such restrictions or terms and conditions may be changed at any time without notice from #StayOkayHK. Any claims, complaints or disputes relating to the e-voucher shall be resolved by the winners directly with the relevant e-voucher providers.
If any photo or text content is found to be inappropriate and disturbing, including but not limited to defamatory, abusive, obscene, blasphemous, offensive, sexually explicit, coercive, harassing, commercially or politically unlawful material, or comments that violate or infringe upon the rights of third parties, #StayOkayHK reserves the right to remove it immediately without giving a reason.
Winners must ensure that the information provided is true, accurate and complete. If #StayOkayHK finds any fraudulent acts or any acts that give reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, #StayOkayHK has the right to disqualify the prize winner. If such conduct causes any loss to #StayOkayHK, or exposes #StayOkayHK to any complaint, claim or demand, or exposes #StayOkayHK to any cost, compensation or expense, the participant shall be liable and indemnify #StayOkayHK accordingly. This clause applies to any liability, loss, complaint, claim, claim, compensation or expense to which #StayOkayHK is liable to a third party as a result of such conduct.

If the participant does not agree, #StayOkayHK will consider the participant to willingly give up his/her qualifications for participation and winning the prize.
The personal information provided by participants during the event includes disclosure of their winners' names, Facebook account names, Instagram account names, uploaded photos and videos, and #StayOkayHK reserves the absolute right to decide at its sole discretion whether or not to select the submitted works for display on #StayOkayHK's relevant websites and/or social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) for publicity and promotional purposes without prior consent or payment of royalty fees to participants. The Participant confirms and warrants that he/she has obtained the permission of the identifiable person(s) appearing in his/her work. If the above warranty is incomplete and incorrect, the participant shall bear all responsibilities and indemnify the Association for all losses.
Participants acknowledge and understand that it is their responsibility to determine their suitability, ability and capacity to participate in this event and any activity or exercise recommended. Whenever in doubt, participants should seek medical advice in advance.

Personal Information

Participants understand and agree that from the beginning of their participation in the game and in the future when the winners are announced and prize notification is issued, #StayOkayHK may collect or request their personal data, including their information uploaded on Facebook and Instagram, full names in English and Chinese, email addresses, etc., for the purpose of conducting, administering and completing all procedures and matters relating to the game. In this regard, participants understand and agree that #StayOkayHK and its authorized persons may use, disclose or transmit such personal data for the above or all purposes directly related to them, or as permitted by the laws of Hong Kong.
The participant clearly understands and agrees that all information transmitted via the network is not under the control of #StayOkayHK and cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure or safe from unauthorized access by third parties through the computer network, therefore, the participant agrees and acknowledges that #StayOkayHK is not responsible for the security of his/her personal information; however, #StayOkayHK will keep the participant's information in a safe place after it has been successfully received by #StayOkayHK and use the best method of confidentiality that #StayOkayHK knows and is reasonable.
After the game is over, #StayOkayHK will destroy all personal information requested by the Game. Unless expressly agreed by the participant, #StayOkayHK will not retain the participant's personal information for future promotional activities.

Others

Participants should read these terms and conditions carefully before deciding to participate in this event and submitting their personal information. By participating in the Event, the participant understands, accepts and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions and disclaimers set forth by #StayOkayHK about the Event and accepts that #StayOkayHK has the rights set forth in these terms and conditions.
#StayOkayHK reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the game or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
The decision of #StayOkayHK shall be final in any dispute regarding the game, the results of the game and these Terms and Conditions.
#StayOkayHK shall not be liable for any delay, loss, error, illegibility or damage to the information sent, logged or transmitted by the participant, or to the notices sent by #StayOkayHK, for any reason not attributable to #StayOkayHK, or for any other reason, including but not limited to computer, network, telephone, telecommunications or information technology related matters. The participants shall not be held liable for any delay, loss, error, illegibility or destruction of the information sent, registered or transmitted by #StayOkayHK.
This event is wholly managed by #StayOkayHK and in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
The meaning and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
In case of any disputes, #StayOkayHK reserves the right of final decision.
