Good Luck with DSE exams!

The main subjects of the Diploma of Secondary Education (DSE) examination will begin this month! All the DSE students, do your best!

Although Mini Stay  and Baby Stay  are not yet old enough to take the DSE, they know that the exams are stressful! They would like to share some stress-reducing methods from Grandma Stay !

Meditation: Empty your mind and release the anxiety.
Hot water bath: Cleanse your body and mind, relax your mood.
Listen to music: Follow the music rhythm, forget distractions.
