How to achieve happiness? 

A sense of happiness consists of five key elements (PERMA): Positive Emotions, Engagement, Positive Relationships, Meaning, and Accomplishment. These elements help us think about what we need to do to flourish and be truly happy.

(P) Positive Emotion: This includes feelings like joy, happiness, love, and gratitude, all of which can significantly enhance our mental health. While it's impossible to maintain a positive attitude at every moment, we should strive to find joy in our daily lives and maintain a positive outlook when facing challenges.

(E) Engagement: When we fully attend and truly engage in the task at hand, we can completely focus on the present moment and forget about time and worries, that state of flow is a manifestation of engagement.

(R) Positive Relationships: Good relationships provide us with support and a sense of security. Supporting, caring for, and accompanying each other through life's challenges can foster feelings of belonging and happiness.

(M) Meaning: Finding your own sense of meaning enriches your life and makes your living meaningful and fulfilling, which can lead to greater feelings of accomplishment and motivation in daily life.

(A) Achievement: A sense of achievement occurs when something is accomplished. Regardless of how big or small your achievements are, celebrating them boosts self-esteem and motivates us to pursue a better version of ourselves.
