Dad's waistline is in danger

Dad has been sitting a lot while WFH everyday, and his belly is getting bigger and bigger!
In addition to abdominal obesity, a big belly may indicate/ lead to other problems, such as visceral fat, metabolic syndrome, and many chronic diseases, such as heart disease and diabetes .
According to the Department of Health's Centre for Health Protection, waist circumference should be within 90 cm for men and 80 cm for women. Anything beyond that indicates central obesity.
Whether staying at home longer for work or rest, it is important to keep moving and maintain a healthy diet to keep the belly fat away !
