Taking 7500 Steps Each Day

Have you been too lazy to exercise?
You can get physical at home! Staying active is good for your health, and studies show we should take at least 7,500 steps a day.
Today, we will introduce 2 ways to walk 7500 steps at home!
Method 1: Step in place while watching a TV show
Stand up and step in place while watching a drama, swinging your arms back and forth. doing this while watching a 45-minute episode will get you almost 4,500 steps!
Method 2: Enjoy the fun of downshifting
To increase the number of steps you take at home, slow down when doing housework, deliberately go back and forth a few more times, and enjoy downshifting!
Method 3: Watch videos or play sports games for exercise
Whatever makes you move is a good move - make it fun and engaging so you can take more steps without even realizing it.
