1.Finish meals at 70% fullness
2.Drink more water and supplement protein to help your metabolism
3.Eat more vegetables and have a high-fiber diet
4.Limit refined starch and processed foods
5.Eat a full breakfast and avoid high-calorie foods for dinner
6.Do not eat at least 2 hours before bedtime
7.Get enough sleep
