Staying hydrated in the summer heat

In hot weather, you may sweat all the time!
Remember to stay hydrated this summer. Don't wait until you're thirsty to drink water!
Adults are recommended to drink 6 to 8 glasses of water a day. Do you find it difficult to drink that much a day? #StayOkayHK shares some hydration tips to help you stay hydrate:
1 Set a daily goal
2 Drink a glass of water in the morning and before each meal
3 Use alarms or notification to remind of drinking water
4 Pay attention to your body’s signals and check the color of your urine
5 Is water too bland and boring for you? Add a little flavor, such as lemon, honey, etc.
In addition to hydration, you should remember to keep the room cool and wear loose clothing to keep your body from overheating !
